State Legislative and Regulatory Update
Course Description:
Join AMCP Policy & Government Relations staff for a discussion on the latest trends in state-level pharmacy policy. This session will identify state activity related to AMCP’s policy priorities, including electronic prescription technology and value-based care. AMCP staff will also discuss the possible impacts of state elections on nationwide health policy trends.
Learning Objectives:
- Describe the major trends in proposed state managed care policy.
- Identify the current status of state electronic prescribing and value-based care policy.
- Discuss how the 2022 elections may impact future health care trends.
